| If you are unhappy with your merchandise for any reason, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise to inform us of your refund or exchange request. The post marked date of the returned merchandise must be within 5 business days of when the customer received it in order to receive the refund or exchange. All merchandise must be in the original package as well as in the condition in which it was received. |
